It's my pleasure!

I am terribly jealous of the youth in Hawaii. We visited there last year... What a wonderful and magical place!

Someday I'll go back and maybe stay...

Yes, growing up in Hawaii was definitely an experience. Sometimes it felt like there wasn't much to do...but when I felt that way, I'd just head to the beach with friends :) That usually brought a smile back on my face.

What island did you visit?

We went to Oahu, although we stopped in Maui on the way for a few hours.

One part that got me was... in the morning you can watch the sunrise on the beach. Then, later you drive 20 minutes and you're in a rain forest. Oh, hey, let's go watch the sunset on the beach... drive another 20 minutes, and you do that too! LOL

The people were fantastic, very laid back and friendly. And, of course, the weather.... Seafood prices were great...

I could go on and on! I admit it, I'm a convert! I'da been one of those sailors that jumped ship and stayed back in the day!
